ORDER PROCESSING

We are a small startup boutique womenswear brand, and we pride ourselves in working towards a non-fast fashion society.

 

Apart from our BEST SELLING LADY Meghan & Lady Bridgett pieces, we do not hold large stocks of our pieces. Lady Meghan and Lady Bridgett can be sent out Express (if shipping selected) with no processing days.

The current order processing time 5-7 business days

Please note these are estimates. During business periods this could be 7-10 business days. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed hit cannot be cancelled, however returns in line with our returns policy, will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard International delivery  (7-14 days*) - £25

International Express Orders (on Express Products Only) -5-8 Days* - £35

REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES

If you refuse any shipments from Simply A Lady Fashion, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us at and we are charged. By placing your order on Simply A Lady Fashion, you  are responsible to understand there may be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. By refusing your shipment, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and return shipment will be subtracted from your merchandise refund including your original shipping amount.

 

 

RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

Though are items are Made to Order, we will still accept returns within our strict returns policy.

All returns must reach us within 5 days (for the UK) 7 days (International) from your order being delivered to you (or first attempted delivery). You must email us to inform us of your return, stating your name, order number, items being returned and proof of purchase before returning the item(s). 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen returns, therefore we advise that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your items. Any returns without notification will not be accepted. Upon receiving your item we will assess the items to name she they have not been worn, have no makeup or tan marks, or any body odours. If any signs of wear or marks are found, we reserve the right to reject the refund request, in this case the items will be sent back to you at your cost.

If a return is accepted by us, you will be refunded back via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that there is a 20% restocking and admin fee for returns, this will be deducted from your refund amount before processing it to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED

If you would like to EXCHANGE for a different size, please RETURN the item for a refund (within the stated refund timeframe) and place a new order.
